Try to display an image file which doesn't exist. A red cross is displayed instead.

Instead of just displaying a red cross when an image doesn't exist, you might display the name of the image that was intended to show.

Note

You can use tables to align images on your web page. In addtion, to make an image proportional, you need to keep the ratio of height to width same when specifying the size of an image that appears on web pages. A good way to accomplish this is to just specify either height or width of the image but not both. Images can also be clickable as hyperlinks.
